The accommodation
This is a modern detached villa with one of the best sea views in Mojacar.
The property consists of four double bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms one with jacuzzi bath.
When you enter the property at street level there are three bedrooms and one family bathrroom.
One the first floor there is one more bedroom, living/dining and kitchen leading out to the private terraces and pool area.
The kitchen is fitted with all the modern conveniences.
There is a large very comfortable lounge with gas fire which leads through to the dining room and out onto a terrace.
There is a further terrace with access from the living room to a private swimming pool and barbecue.
This villa has full gas central heating and hot and cold air conditioning throughout.
A vehicle is required for stays at this villa.
