The accommodation

The rooms are very large and are located on the ground floor .
All our rooms are air conditioned and have comfortable private bathrooms. The entrance is independent, with outdoor space, fridge and parking space inside the property. Lilla room has a kitchen and facilities for disabled people.

The independence of the accommodations for our guests, the pleasant common areas will make your stay fully relaxing and serene. The welcoming rooms are very spacious and furnished differently from each other, according to themes of shapes and colors linked to the surrounding nature. Each accommodation also has outdoor tables and chairs, a comfortable and pleasant corner that you can use for your relaxing outdoor dinners during the warm summer evenings. During the winter, guests have access to a delightful common room where it is possible to play cards or chess, or read a book borrowed for free from our rich multilingual library. The large garden of the structure is at your disposal, as are the equipment for outdoor grilling and the large parking area. Breakfast is served during the warm months on the outdoor veranda, during the winter in the internal room, with large windows overlooking the garden. The whole structure is covered by free Wi-Fi service.

Daily cleaning, weekly linen change, breakfast included in the price. The Italian breakfast includes coffee or tea, milk or coffee, fruit juices, bread or rusks, homemade jams, breakfast cakes or biscuits, homemade or packaged, honey (URL HIDDEN) in the area, butter, fruit fresh in season.

Our accommodations are structured in the form of individual independent cottages, each with direct access to the garden. This allows for better management of privacy and recommended social distancing.

Setting

Guests have direct access to all areas of the garden, the swimming pool and common areas, and can also take beautiful walks on the property grounds. To guarantee our Guests maximum safety for their health, given the current Covid situation, breakfast is "Self contained". Every day the pantry will be stocked with food for breakfast, which can be consumed in the apartment or on the private veranda.

The property is located in the countryside, in full harmony with the surrounding nature. The most beautiful beaches of the North East Coast are nearby. Shops and food markets are located 5 km from the farmhouse.
