Setting

Our cozy studio is part of the Los Maite Complex in Benalmádena, a gated community with spacious facilities. During your stay, you can enjoy the large outdoor communal pools during the season, along with a vast green area with fixed umbrellas. Its privileged location allows you to enjoy wonderful views of the sea and beach from the communal areas. Moreover, if you suddenly wish to swap a pool dip for sand and sea, you can do so with ease and speed thanks to direct access to the promenade from the garden. Finally, another advantage is the outdoor parking within the premises and on adjacent avenues, including a flat area about 100 meters away, which enhances mobility if you're traveling by car.

The main adjectives of the place where our studio Los Maite is located are being the first line of the beach and one of the liveliest areas of Benalmádena. Having direct access to enjoy the beach is not the only thing that characterizes our cozy studio. Just a few meters away, you have the emblematic Bil-Bi Castle and the famous promenade of Benalmádena where you can enjoy a walk full of shops and restaurants, culminating in the beautiful Puerto Marina and its magnificent sunsets.
