Fantactic holiday villa, featuring a spacious and beautifully landscaped garden adorned with palm trees. This villa offers a perfect blend of comfort and entertainment, ensuring a memorable stay for families and friends.

The ground floor boasts a cozy living room with sofas and a TV, a dining area with a table, and a fully equipped kitchen for all your culinary needs. The bedroom on this floor is spacious and includes a double bed and a single bed, with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.

Upstairs, you'll find three additional bedrooms, one with three single beds with en-suite bathroom with a shower, and two with double beds. Another living room and dining area provide additional space for relaxation and meals, along with a second fully equipped kitchen.

Step outside to a stunning private pool, perfect for cooling off in the sun, with an optional heating feature. Relax on the sun loungers, enjoy meals at the outdoor dining table, and make the most of the BBQ grill for delicious barbecues. A ping pong table offers extra fun for all ages.

The villa also includes ample parking space and a garage for your convenience.

The charming village of Guia, with several restaurants specialising in Chicken Piri-Piri (spicy chicken), is just a 5 min drive away and the Algarve Shopping centre, one of the largest in the region is just an 5-minute drive away.

Salgados Golf Course and nature reserve, with lagoon and pedestrian walkway (great for bird watching), are located within a 10-minute drive.

Albufeira town, with its colourful marina, charming old town along Fishermen's beach and the strip, with quality restaurants, pubs, shops and sparkling nightlife, is located within a 10-minute drive.

The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.

According to local regulations, a tourist tax will be applied during your stay. This tax varies depending on the time of year.
