The house is distributed as follows: Entering you find a spacious entrance hall with lots of charm and from there you access to the large living dining room and its beautiful views to the garden, where there is a large salt water swimming pool, returning to the living room, you have a large suite, kitchen, complete bathroom and a double bedroom.
From the living room you can go upstairs or downstairs to the bedrooms, if you go downstairs, you will find two double bedrooms with access to the garden and a bathroom with shower, and if you go upstairs you have two complete suites. Further up you have access to the terrace where you can enjoy beautiful views of the garden and the beach. You can also sunbathe as it is a very pleasant terrace.
In each room you have a TV, in the living room there is no TV.
The house is very well equipped, it has air conditioning in every room except in the kitchen. And on the terrace you have a portable barbecue.
