The accommodation

The property is distinguished by its exquisite design and attention to detail, providing a haven for those looking to escape from the daily routine. The swimming pool adds a touch of sophistication, inviting you to enjoy moments of relaxation and fun in the warm sun.

The house is distributed as follows: Entering you find a spacious entrance hall with lots of charm and from there you access to the large living dining room and its beautiful views to the garden, where there is a large salt water swimming pool, returning to the living room, you have a large suite, kitchen, complete bathroom and a double bedroom.
From the living room you can go upstairs or downstairs to the bedrooms, if you go downstairs, you will find two double bedrooms with access to the garden and a bathroom with shower, and if you go upstairs you have two complete suites. Further up you have access to the terrace where you can enjoy beautiful views of the garden and the beach. You can also sunbathe as it is a very pleasant terrace.
In each room you have a TV, in the living room there is no TV.
The house is very well equipped, it has air conditioning in every room except in the kitchen. And on the terrace you have a portable barbecue.

- Tourist tax 1€ per person/day up to a maximum of 7 nights (minors under 16 years old are exempt) to be paid on the day of arrival.
- Final cleaning 220€ to be paid on the day of arrival.
- We also ask that you respect the rest of the neighbours, as if anything is valued is the tranquility of the area.
- We kindly ask you to have a fair consumption of water, gas or electricity (in the case of excessive consumption will be charged separately).
- No parties or events are allowed.

There are several areas that are private, garage, upper room and one of the terraces is not allowed to enter.

Roc de Sant Gaietà is characterised by Roman and medieval style buildings, cobbled streets and charming squares. The detailed architecture and well-preserved façades create a unique experience.

It is located on the Catalan coast, close to the Mediterranean Sea. The location offers beautiful sea views and peaceful surroundings.

Small shops, restaurants and bars complement its tourist appeal. In addition, it often hosts cultural events and festivals throughout the year.

Despite its ancient appearance, Roc de Sant Gaietà is a more recent development, built in the second half of the 20th century. The inspiration from the historical architecture creates a charming and picturesque atmosphere.
