Spectacular apartment with pool

The accommodation

Flat situated on the second line of the sea. It is located in a very nice residential complex with communal saline swimming pool, garden and playground for children.
Located on the ground floor with a complete bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, living room with sofa bed and kitchen. From the living room you have access to the garden area where you will find your rest area.
The flat has ducted air conditioning and heating (aerothermal system). The kitchen is fully equipped with induction cooker, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine.
There is free wifi and communal parking with one parking space in the flat.

Regulations:
Smoking is not allowed in outdoor areas.
It is not allowed to light candles or use a portable barbecue.
Please respect your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 22:00.
We are located in an exclusive family area and we want respect for our neighbours, for this reason we do not allow parties and events of any kind.
The maximum capacity of the house is 4 people.
Only people registered in your reservation and registered with the local police can stay overnight in the house. You may have visitors during the day but not exceeding the capacity limit.
Obligatory payments: -€60 cleaning, Tourist tax 1 EUR / per person per day (maximum 7 days) from 16 years of age.

No candles or portable barbecues are allowed.
