The accommodation
House with three bedrooms, a double room with double bed, 2 bedrooms with two single beds, bathroom with shower and a toilet. Living room and kitchen, direct access to the pool area, chilout and BBQ. Located in a residential and quiet area.Air conditioning and heating. Close to shops and only 5min by car from the beach, 20 min. walk.

Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas.
Respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 22:00.
We are located in an exclusively family area and we want respect for our neighbors, for this reason we do not allow the celebration of parties and events of any kind.
The maximum capacity of the house is 6 people
Only people registered on your reservation and registered with the local police can stay overnight in the house. They can have visitors during the day but without exceeding the capacity limit.
Mandatory payments: -95€ cleaning, Visitor tax 1 EUR / per person per day For guests over 16 years old.
Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas.
