It is a very spacious independent villa with lots of light, ventilation and central air conditioning, it belongs to an urbanization called "Los Iris" which has a swimming pool, the entrance is surrounded by a grove of trees, it has 3 floors, on the ground floor we have a living room, kitchen, toilet and terrace, on the first floor there are two bedrooms with two bathrooms, on the second floor we have a large room with three beds and a terrace and another small room with an extra bed, in the basement we have a games room with a pim pom , an extra bed and access to the closed garage with capacity for two vehicles.

It is a residential area, it is surrounded by green areas, it is accessed from the main artery of the beach which is perpendicular to the urbanization street, from the latter we access the sea in a straight line in 5 minutes
