The accommodation

The house is located a few meters from the beach of Alcudia. One of the most acclaimed beaches in Mallorca for its extensive bay of white sand and calm waters.

The property has 205m distributed over two floors. Entering through a spacious and bright hall you access the living room, undoubtedly one of the most beautiful parts of the house. This has a large 4m window, which makes practically an entire wall made of glass and the exterior merges with the interior. In it there is a comfortable sofa overlooking the garden, a 50 ”TV with Smart TV, Astra Satellite and Chromecast, and a small library.
In a semi-open concept, the dining room and kitchen are in the same area. The dining room is equipped with a table with capacity for 10 people. The kitchen has modern appliances and all the necessary utensils for your stay, as well as a separate pantry.
On the same floor, there is also a toilet and the laundry area.
Going up a marble staircase you will access the rest of the rooms. It is important to note that the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, a 40 ”TV with Smart TV and Astra Satellite, as well as a bright adjoining room of large dimensions in which there is a 1.60x2m extendable bed

The house has hot and cold air conditioning in the living room and in 3 bedrooms.

Alcudia is today one of the most appreciated municipalities in Mallorca. It enjoys a privileged geographical location: located in the northeast of Mallorca, 54 km from Palma, it is nestled on a peninsula that separates the bays of Alcudia and Pollença. In its more than 30 km of coastline there are beautiful beaches of fine sand, steep cliffs and hidden coves of great beauty. This paradisiacal place did not go unnoticed by the cultures that have inhabited this corner and whose legacy can be seen today. Today's Alcudia is a peaceful place, equipped with the most modern infrastructures, inhabited by very diverse people who form a quiet environment, ideal for relaxation.
