La Casa di Gio' has been completely renovated, Large, bright living area, with French windows giving access to the terrace.
The kitchen area has been finely furnished and equipped with all the necessary crockery.
The dining area is well usable and suitable for 4 people, the sofa bed is comfortable and leaves room for the table even in bed mode.
Brand new bathroom with attention to all aspects, latest generation washing machine, very large shower cubicle.
The bedroom is large, with a large wardrobe, with French doors for access to the terrace.
It is located in a condominium and therefore subject to rules

Setting

Located in a strategic position for visiting the city, a few minutes walk from the train station and the minimetro. Well connected to the motorway connection to visit all the other Umbrian beauties. In the immediate vicinity there are all the services necessary for a complete stay (restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, car rental, car parks, post office, bar, bank)
