The accommodation

Very bright and sunny corner apartment located in a beautiful urbanization 1km from the town of Denia and very close to the beach.
The 2 bedrooms with exterior windows are double (one with double bed, one with two singles), have built-in wardrobes and ceiling fan. The bathroom also with external window and lots of light has a bathtub with shower, toilet and bidet. From the living room and from the master bedroom we access the spacious and sunny terrace with views of the well-kept garden areas of the urbanization and the huge swimming pool with a bridge in the middle. The urbanization is very beautiful and well equipped, with its well-kept green areas, a children's playground, paddle tennis court and a huge community pool. The kitchen is independent, it is fully equipped and has an extra utility room beyond with washing machine, a second sink and great views towards the town and the Montgo mountain. The apartment is located on the first floor of an attractively designed 2-storey building and comes with a covered, secure parking space included.

Close to both the beach (5 mins walk at most), supermarket, restaurant, bars, gym, sports complex, tennis club, pleasant walks/cycles along and old railway line, orange groves, port with boats to the Balearic Islands, town centre with all the delights Denia has to offer, both old and characterful tapas bars, Michelin star restaurants, friendly local bars or modern shopping - the opportunities are endless!
