The accommodation

In the heart of Portobello di Gallura, less than 250 meters from the sea and the beautiful Lu Culumbu beach, we offer this elegant villa, free on all four sides and completely renovated.
The house, surrounded by a lush private garden of about 700 square meters, is arranged on a single level and offers excellent accessibility to all rooms. Built according to the stylistic canon characteristic of Portobello di Gallura, with large sliding glass doors, this villa, bright yet private, represents an ideal retreat for a couple or a small family with one or two children.

From the entrance driveway, crossing the large shaded terrace with beautiful sea views, we enter the living room, compact but very airy thanks to its 3-meter height and large glass surfaces, furnished with sofas and comfortable built-in cabinets. Next to the living room, we find the kitchen, perfectly equipped and with independent entrance.

The sleeping area consists of two cozy bedrooms, one double and one with bunk beds. The area is completed by two bathrooms, one complete with bathtub and a convenient half bathroom.

The outdoor areas are also very well-structured - in addition to the panoramic terrace, a convenient aluminum pergola has been installed, with adjustable covering slats. This space, also with sea views, houses the outdoor kitchen and a splendid outdoor dining area that allows you to fully enjoy the Mediterranean climate. Surrounded by the lush garden, this villa is the perfect retreat to completely immerse yourself in the beauty of SardiniaFor our guests, maximum privacy and security are guaranteed by the services of the residential park of Portobello di Gallura (access to the residential park is allowed only to residents or accredited guests and tranquility and privacy is protected by the 24-hour security service.
