The apartment has 80 m2 distributed in a living room, kitchen with sink, large terrace facing the sea, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms - one double with two beds and another suite with a double bed and attached bathroom.
The apartment is recently renovated and decorated with a cool-design vibe.
A super comfortable apartment, air-conditioned, with Wi-Fi and fully equipped with bed and bathroom linens.
An ideal location to relax and live an experience by the sea.

Apreciamos tu buen comportamiento, civismo y responsabilidad.Se ruega no realizar actividades ruidosas a partir de las 23:30h hasta las 9:00 h. de la mañana.
Se exigen unas normas básicas de convivencia y de respeto con los otros huéspedes y vecinos, por este motivo se debe tener cuidado con la música excesivamente alta y disturbios varios.
Está totalmente prohibido la organización de fiestas.
El cliente es responsable del comportamiento de las personas de las cuales va acompañado y se encuentren en su apartamento.
No se puede superar el numero de personas que pernoctan en el apartamento, al contratado en la reserva.
Si el cliente no cumple estas normas básicas se puede cancelar la reserva y proceder a la expulsión del huésped del apartamento, sin reembolsar el precio reserva.
