The accommodation

Semi-detached house on the beach of El Saladillo (Estepona). Beautiful garden with direct access to the promenade and the beach. Unbeatable sea views. Can you imagine the feeling of falling asleep with the sound of the ocean waves?

Capacity for 6 people. 3 large bedrooms (2 en-suite bedrooms, sea facing and with a private terrace), 3 bathrooms and 1 toilet.
In the basement, parking for 2 cars (one large and one small).
The house layout:
-Ground floor: kitchen, toilet, living-dining room (smart TV, and work desk space) with direct access to a 3 m2 porch, a 14 m2 terrace and a 14 m2 garden. Barbecue. Direct access to the beach, for sunbathing, bathing or practicing sea sports.
-1st floor: 1 bedroom with double bed en suite (bathtub) with private covered terrace of 8 m2 with direct views of the sea. 1 double bedroom (2 single beds of 90 cm) next to a bathroom (shower).
-2nd floor: 1 bedroom with double bed en suite (shower) with open solarium-type terrace of 17 m2, hammocks, hose to cool off. This terrace has a lot of privacy, and the sea views are spectacular.

The community has a concierge, who is responsible for taking care of the community gardens and the private garden of the home. If required during your stay, a cleaning lady is available (for a fee).
