Welcome to our beautiful apartment! Perfect for spending a couple of days exploring Porto, just 10 minutes from the city center at the university campus. The building is new (2022) and is located in a very quiet and lovely neighborhood with supermarkets, cafes, and shops nearby. The apartment has all the amenities to make your stay comfortable. Perfect for couples and families!

Setting

The apartment is located in a new building (2022) so all facilities are modern, it is on the second floor (last floor with only 4 apartments). You can access the apartment through the elevator from the ground floor or from the -1 (garage). Ideal for couples or families with babies (crib and high chair available with prior reservation of 10 euros one-time payment). The apartment has free parking and a balcony with a view to the inner courtyard making it very quiet to sit in the evenings or have a coffee in the morning. There is also air conditioning and heating (cool and hot air) in all rooms. Electric blackout curtains in all bedrooms and double glazing for added insulation. In the neighborhood there are supermarkets, cafes, and shops. The bus stop is just around the corner. During the day, you can explore the city and its wonders, in the evening, you can relax on the balcony and sleep peacefully without the noise of the city.
