Large apartment on the Golfo di Marinella

The accommodation

The apartment is located inside the tourist village Ginepro directly on the Gulf of Marinella, just 15 minutes from Olbia (port and airport) to which it is connected by bus.
The apartment has a large living room with open kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom, equipped with air conditioning summer/ winter.
Pastel colors and the scent of wood prevail in every corner of the house.
The furniture, modern and minimalist, is predominantly white and enriched by inserts in soft colors typically summer.
The living room, with open kitchen, is equipped with double sofa bed and smart TV.
From the living area there is access to a large covered veranda with masonry benches where you can dine in absolute privacy.
The kitchen is equipped with induction plates, refrigerator, dishwasher or any necessary utensils.
The main room, with double independent entrance, is equipped with a double bed and an additional single bed.
The second room, with double independent entrance, is equipped with two bunk beds that can accommodate 4 people.
The bathroom is made in typical local style, covered in precious Cerasarda.
For added convenience, towels and sheets are provided at an additional cost.
The apartment is enriched by a double private garden, divided between the front and back area, a total of about 200 m2 with fruit trees, strawberry trees, pitosfori and other natural essences typical of the territory.

In the front garden, pool side and covered veranda, there is a stone barbecue inspired by the architecture of the nuraghi.

The apartment is located in the Ginepro Village, overlooking the beach of Marinella, which is reached by a gate directly from the residence along a path in the pine forest in front of the beach.
The residence is equipped with all services: restaurants, supermarkets, services to the person (hairdresser, beautician) and other commercial activities, has perfectly maintained green areas and a huge swimming pool with sun loungers and solarium area.

The Residence is in a strategic position for those who want to come without a car.
A short walk from the bus stop that leads to the port, the airport in the center of Olbia (15 km), Golfo Aranci (7 km) and Porto Rotondo (5 km).
You can bring bed linen and towels or rent them on site for a surcharge of EUR 15 per person per stay.
A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. You will have to pay by bank transfer which will be refunded in full after a check of the state of the accommodation.
The property is not available for hen/bachelor parties or similar.
