HOUSE RULES-Take care of the house as if it were your own.-Respect the rules of coexistence and rest.-Do not make loud noises after 11 pm.-Leave the house as you found it.- To throw the garbage in the public containers- Smoking is not allowed inside the house- In case of leaving the house in bad condition or very dirty, it will be deducted from the deposit.- Passport or ID details are required by the property.- Payments by bank.- Due to new regulations, an additional charge will be applied in case of high water or electricity consumption, such as charging electric cars or large capacity batteries. This will cover the associated additional costs.
