The accommodation

Casa de “La Galera”, beautiful tourist accommodation to enjoy your stay in one of the most beautiful and historic cities in the world, Toledo.
Our house is located in the historic center of Toledo, preserving the aesthetics of the city, being an old medieval construction. It is independent with Castilian style and modern decoration inside; It consists of a ground floor at street level with kitchen, living room-bedroom, toilet-laundry room and bedroom. Going up the stairs you access the second floor and the master bedroom with dressing room, full bathroom with shower and access to the terrace with views of the alleys of the city, seeing the image of the Cathedral in the background and the image of the Alcázar to the right.
The house has S. broom cupboard, refrigerator, freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave, oven, iron, hair dryer, Italian coffee maker (coffee included), full bathroom with glass partition, wooden ceilings on the upper floor with floor Modern Laminate

Although the construction of the house dates back to the Middle Ages, its reconstruction has been carried out with materials permitted by the historical heritage of Toledo as it was declared a World Heritage City by UNESCO.

Our Accommodation stands out for its location between the hustle and bustle of the historic center of Toledo and the tranquility of the Rio Tajo valley with its Ecological Path.

Setting

Our Accommodation is a complete independent house and is for the exclusive use and enjoyment of the guest. We do not have neighbors or shared patios with direct access to the street.

Explore the city on foot, lose yourself in the streets of Toledo, discover its legends, and then relax on a small terrace while you enjoy delicious things and beer from the area.
The Casa de la Galera, in the Los Tintes neighborhood of the city of Toledo, stands as a witness to the urban planning of a traditional medieval neighborhood, its disappearance would have meant the destruction of the layout of the neighborhood and its meaning.
It is a key construction, a witness in a neighborhood of which other buildings have been identified, such as an Islamic bath, the so-called Baño del Hierro; several medieval houses, among them those of some families of important stoneworkers, or that of the master master Alonso de Covarrubias himself, as well as the houses where Cervantes lived in Toledo.
