The accommodation

Set in a charming 'old Milan' context, the flat consists of a bedroom with double bed or twin beds, a living room with open kitchen and sofa bed, bathroom with shower and hallway. The apartment has all the charm of Milanese dwellings of the last century, such as brick vaults and beamed ceilings.
The recently renovated spaces are equipped with every comfort such as: independent heating, washing machine with dryer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, security door and double-glazed windows.
Access is via staircase or lift and passage from a typical condominium balcony.

The flat is in a condominium, so we ask you to respect the normal rules of sharing and avoid making noise after 10pm. Do not clutter the condominium access spaces and keep items inside the flat.

In order to use the lift, it is necessary to take the key located inside the flat

You will have access to the entire flat and to the common areas of the condominium including the convenient bicycle parking space in the courtyard.

Activities and attractions

Let yourself be charmed by one of Milan's most iconic neighbourhoods. Below the house you will find the historic Hodeidah coffee roasting house, a great place to enjoy a good coffee!
About 150 metres away, in Piazza Gramsci, you will find a supermarket (Carrefour). If you need a pharmacy, you will find it right here in Via Piero della Francesca at no. 3. In this street you will also find a vegetable shop (at no.1) and the fantastic Luigi Grecchi pastry shop (at no.7)
Via Piero della Francesca offers numerous bars and restaurants, you'll be spoilt for choice, but if you want to take a stroll down to Corso Sempione, you'll find a huge choice of venues there too.
