Large terrace with awning and has incredible views of the harbor. Great residential with swimming pool, large garden areas, tennis and swimming pool. It is rented only to families. Maximum capacity: 4 people.

The residential is located in one of the main avenues leading down to the beach full of clothing stores, shoe shops, ice cream parlors, etc.. Around it we find all the services such as restaurants, supermarkets, tobacconists. There is also a public parking nearby to park the car.
