Layout:
With a living area of 446 m² spread over 2 floors, the house can comfortably accommodate up to 11 people. This villa is the perfect place for a holiday with family or friends. It has 5 bedrooms and 5 en-suite bathrooms, as well as plenty of space to relax and enjoy the fantastic Mediterranean days.
Ground floor: This is the main floor of the villa, on the same level as the swimming pool. The ground floor includes a comfortable and spacious living room with sofas and armchairs that opens onto the terrace and pool, and a large dining room that opens onto the kitchen. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped and offers spectacular views to the sea and the Calp Rock.
This level also includes 4 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has direct access to the terrace. The bedroom has its own private balcony, a real cocoon of peace in green surroundings.
First floor: The first floor is a completely private space, ideal for a couple. It includes a large bedroom with wardrobe and desk, as well as an en-suite bathroom and a magnificent private roof terrace with relaxation area and sea views.

OUTDOORS

Villa Castillo has an enclosed outdoor area of about 1,467 m² with magnificent landscaping. For a quality stay, the property offers a magnificent and well-kept garden with trees, plants and flowers, as well as decorations that give the place a special charm.
The entrance to the property is through an electric gate which gives access to a large area with covered and uncovered parking for 6 cars. The paved driveway leading to the house is lined with columns and decorated with palm trees and Mediterranean plants. There is also a large covered cosy area with a fully equipped kitchen with bar, dining table for 10 people, sofa, armchairs and electronic dart board.
A driveway leads to the other side of the house, to the pool area with its terraces and fantastic sea views. The pool area includes a large, modern 9 x 4,5 m salt water pool. The covered and uncovered terraces have ample outdoor furniture including a barbecue, tables, sofas, armchairs and sun loungers for relaxing and dining. For shady moments, the terraces are equipped with awnings.
The villa has other relaxation areas in the garden, as well as a petanque area and a ping-pong table.

LOCATION
The villa enjoys an ideal location in Benissa Costa between the villages of Moraira and Calpe. Just a short distance from the beaches, Villa Castillo is only 1 km from the beaches of Cala Baladrar in Benissa and 5 minutes from Playa de l'Ampolla in Moraira.

Activities and attractions

Benissa is a pleasant municipality on the Costa Blanca, situated on the Mediterranean coast between Moraira and Calpe.
It has beautiful coves and its coastal area is characterised by cliffs and pine vegetation.
The ecological promenade, a long, preserved and developed path, runs along the rugged coastline and leads to the town of Calpe.
It also has clear waters and 4 km of sandy and pebble beaches, the most popular being La Fustera, a white sandy beach crowned by the ecological promenade and boasting a charming beach restaurant.
Its shallow coves are ideal for snorkelling and discovering the marine biodiversity of the Mediterranean coast.
