This is a beach villa with a private pool and yard, 3 minute(300m) walk from the beach and 10 minute drive from Comporta. This three-story villa is ready to host 24 guests, sleeping in 7 bedrooms all of them ensuite with air conditioning.

Amazing dining area facing the pool seats comfortably 24 people, and several perfect spots on the outdoor to relax.
The kitchen is fully equipped and the coffee machine is a **Delta Q** (capsules).
Outside you will find a BBQ as well.

For those who do not know, this is an extremely exclusive and peaceful area divided into a river side and an ocean side, both served with wide white sandy beach and calm water. In the village you can find a groceries shop and a coffee shop as well, and in its surroundings you will find a golf course, a marina, a casino, roman ruins, many restaurants, etc..
