The Apt has an EXCLUSIVE and UNIQUE DESIGN and it is fully equipped with everything you need during your stay. Located in the heart of Madrid's prestigious Salamanca district known for its architectural beauty and exclusivity, located just steps away from the beautiful Retiro Park.

Space:
Our flat can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, making it the ideal choice for both families and groups of friends looking to explore Madrid in style and comfort.
A nice master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a secondary double bedroom with its own bathroom and workplace. The 2 bedrooms feature comfortable beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep after an exciting day of sightseeing. The Living Room also has a cozy sofa that can be turned into a bed.

Living Room / Kitchen
Spacious and stylish living room with a modern and cosy fireplace and SmartTV ( NETFLIX included), a fully equipped open KITCHEN open to the living room to invite you to cook your favorite recipes, and a trendy dining BAR to share pleasant moments with those who accompany you on your adventure in Madrid.

Kitchen:
The kitchen has been designed with functionality and elegance in mind. It is fully equipped with modern appliances and top quality cookware, making it the perfect place to prepare home-cooked meals and enjoy them in the comfortable dining area.

Bathrooms:
2 bathrooms with spacious showers and indirect lighting that create the perfect atmosphere for you to relax. Enjoy and forget the routine. Soft towels and complimentary toiletries are provided for your comfort.

Evocative ART pieces are spread across the property inspiring calmness and providing the property with a UNIQUE touch.

*Any additional equipment can be requested and depends on availability. The guest would contact ESSENSE LIVING for confirmation.

*Electronic Door Lock is available at the property for easy access and flexible check-in / check-out time at your convenience. Building entrance will be open between 7AM to 10.30PM, outside this timeframe please arrival time must be notified to the host to make the proper arrangements.

*Concierge service at the building entrance on weekdays until 8pm to attend any emergency occurred and guarantee the security at all times.

* PAID PARKING Slot available on the premises for an extra monthly fee of 180€

* CLEANING available at the property for a 25€ Extra Fee ( weekly cleaning recommended)

In order to ensure a good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established hours of rest at all times.
