Apartment in San Teodoro with a stunning view of the sea and the island of Tavolara, from a large terrace that opens onto the living room and the double bedroom.
The location is perfect , very close to the town center and a short distance from the Cinta beach.
In the immediate surroundings there are restaurants, bars, supermarkets and a bakery.
You can enjoy the view from the large terrace or directly from the bedroom or living room.

Setting

The apartment overlooks a large terrace and consists of a living room, kitchen, bathroom complete with bidet and shower (70x70cm) and two bedrooms, a double bedroom overlooking the front terrace, large and spacious, ideal for breakfasts, outdoor lunches and dinners with a breathtaking view, and a bedroom with two single beds that overlooks a further terrace on the side of the house, complete with a barbecue, sun loungers, washing machine and a large outdoor shower.
Air conditioning and ceiling fans for personalized comfort, although the house, thanks to the slightly elevated position, always enjoys a light refreshing breeze.
The centre, the pedestrian area with the characteristic evening market is about 600 meters away (8 minutes on foot), the Cinta beach is about 2 km.
A few meters from the house there is a public garden with fitness equipment, 100 meters away there is a bar, restaurants, a bakery and a supermarket.
The large main terrace, with a 180° view of Tavolara, Cinta beach and the town center is perfect for outdoor lunches and dinners. On the side of the house, directly accessible from the main terrace and the second bedroom, we have a second terrace equipped with a barbecue, outdoor shower and sun loungers.
The house has a large private parking space which leads to the terrace.
The double bedroom has a large French window which allows you to enjoy a wonderful view of Tavolara and the beach directly from bed!
