The accommodation
A pleasant stay in a villa situated between trees in a quiet area of Benissa, close to the sea, 2.5 km from Calpe and 1000 metres from the beach of La Fustera.
The villa consists of two independent flats that are not communicated. Guests have a private entrance to the accommodation located on the lower floor of the villa which consists of 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen and a living-dining room for their private use. The living room has two sofas, a coffee table, a dining table with chairs, a TV, and a satellite dish with channels in several languages. You will find a ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave, a fridge with a freezer, a coffee machine, a kettle, and a dishwasher in the kitchen. Bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms, each with double beds and built-in wardrobes, and 1 bedroom with a single bed.
On the territory of the villa, guests can enjoy common areas such as a swimming pool, a terrace around the pool, a barbecue area, a garden, laundry and parking.
The laundry is located in a storage room, outside both houses, near the swimming pool.

To complete the check-in process if it has not been previously done online:
