The accommodation

A spacious, comfortable house, decorated with style ... It has 2 double rooms and two doubles, with 2 complete bathrooms and a toilet. The kitchen is spacious, with table and bench to eat. The 4 rooms are on the ground floor that overlook the garden and the pool. The dining room, living room, kitchen and a toilet are on the first floor which is accessed from the main entrance. On the 2nd floor there is a large terrace with sea views and a patio with washing machine and drying rack for clothes.
Two terraces with sea views, a small private garden with flowers overlooking the communal pool and a backyard with plants. 5 'from the beach of Sant Pol (S Feliu de Guixols) walking (50 meters). It has a community pool and garden.
We rent it usually only in August.

Setting

It is in a group of semi-detached houses touching almost the beach of Sant Pol de Sagaró.
A very nice and cozy beach.

Activities and attractions

Very practical to do various activities without having to travel by car: beach, water sports, beach volleyball, hiking on foot or by bicycle (rural road for 5 'excursions).
It allows independence of trips for families with different rhythms (small, grandparents, young people ...) since you can walk to the beach, the pool, the town and reach different means of transport.
