Apartment on the 6th floor with elevator. You have three bedrooms, one with a double bed, another with two single beds and another room with two single beds, a spacious living room and access to a large terrace with awnings and clear views, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with a gallery equipped with a washing machine, refrigerator, microwave and basic kitchen utensils (dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, coffee maker...). It has a garage space. In a large residential area with 5 interconnected swimming pools, tennis, paddle tennis, sports court, playground, barbecues, gym...

Setting

The building is located in the northern area of Gandia beach, in a residential and very quiet area. The beach is located about 8 minutes walk away and in front of the residential there is a free public parking to park vehicles. Nearby we have all the services (restaurants, supermarkets...)

Gandia beach stands out for its crystal-clear water and white sand and its extension and breadth, which makes it one of the best beaches in the Mediterranean. A very short distance from the beach center of Gandia you can also enjoy natural environments of great beauty and just a stone's throw away you also have the city of Gandia where its historical past and tradition merge (Ducal Palace, the Collegiate Church...) with its festivals and its spectacular gastronomy (it is essential to try the fideuá).
