The accommodation is located inside a Country House made up of various independent apartments and surrounded by the Langhe vineyards.
The apartment features a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, bathroom, double bedroom and private balcony. Possibility of adding an extra single bed to accommodate up to a maximum of 5 people.
Free access to the private swimming pool, located within the property's vineyards.
Shared porch with table and barbecue.
The accommodation is located in a quiet village surrounded by vineyards. 2km away are the villages of Montelupo Albese and Diano d'Alba. In 10 minutes by car you can reach Alba and Barolo.
Nearby restaurants, farmhouses and trattorias where you can taste typical Piedmontese and Langhe dishes.
Possibility of visits and tastings in the cellar, truffle hunting in the woods, hazelnut tastings, electric bike and Vespa rental.
We are located exactly a stone's throw from the heart of the Langhe and its historic villages: Barolo, La Morra, Grinzane Cavour, Monforte d'Alba, Serralunga d'Alba.

Your reservation includes:
• Sheets and towels (1 set per person, provided at your arrival).
• Outdoor parking.

Your reservation does NOT include:
• Breakfast, as the house is composed by apartments with own kitchen. It is anyway possible to book breakfast at nearby Agriturismo La Ruota at the cost of € 8.00 per person per day. The Agriturismo offers also lunch and dinner upon request.
• The city tax, which costs € 1.50 per person per night (children under 10 years are free of charge) and which must be paid upon arrival.
• Daily cleaning during your stay.

IDs and Passports
Every guest will be registered to the authorities and must submit their ID card details or Passport information, prior to their arrival.

Check-in
Check-in will take place at the nearby Agriturismo La Ruota (located in via Mortizzo 93, Montelupo Albese), where you will be welcomed. Here you will fill in the registration paper and you will have to pay for the city tax. Then you will be taken to and showed your apartment. Check-in time is between 15:00 and 20:00. Please inform us in advance about your approximate time of arrival.

Check-out
Check-out has to be done within 11:00 am by handing the keys to Agriturismo La Ruota. The apartment must be left in perfect conditions: the kitchen must be clean and all the kitchenware (dishes, glasses, cutlery, pans etc) must be tidied in their own cupboards.

Equipments
The house is composed by apartments equipped with air conditioning and heating.
You will find in every apartment:
- the beds prepared with the linen (and the duvets in spring, autumn and winter)
- a towel set for each person (1 face towel, 1 hand towel, 1 shower towel, shower mat + 1 pool towel in summer)
- courtesy kit in the bathroom (hand soap, shower gel, hair dryer, toilet paper)
- kitchen equipped with sink, fridge, microwave, induction stove
- tableware and kitchenware (dishes, glasses, cutlery, pans, kitchen utensils, Italian Moka for coffee), dishcloths, sponges and cleaning products, tablecloth and napkins
- basic supply of salt, oil, vinegar, sugar and coffee
- drying rack (– laundry service upon request)
- rubbish bins (humid waste, general waste or RSU, plastic, paper, glass), that can be emptied in the corresponding big bins outside, if needed
- tv set, Wi-fi.

Sharing spaces
• the external porch “Topia dell’amicizia”, where it is possible to have lunch or dinner in the open air, by using the kitchenware of your own apartment.
• the BBQ, available to grill outside: the utensils and the grill must be washed and tidied at their place after using, in order to be ready for the next guests. The ember (charcoal) must be first extinguished, then removed and put in the iron bin.
• the pool & solarium area “La Barrique” in the vineyards, open every day from May 15th to September 15th from 9:00 to 19:30. Please read the pool regulation at your arrival and stick to it.
