The accommodation
Only for the month of August I have a free attic/double room in an elegant house in Genoa in Albaro. This is an artistic residency which will not host resident artists for the summer months. I am the caretaker of the residence but I will have to be away often and you will be alone in the house. I have a medium sized dog so you need to not be allergic to dogs.
The free room is an attic with bathroom on the floor below. The kitchen and the other spaces of the house, a double living room and the dining room, are shared.
The house also has a terrace overlooking a communal garden. The rent is 800 euros for the month of August all inclusive (apart from the final cleaning of 50 euros at the end of your stay). Less than 3 km from San Martino Hospital, 10 minutes by car or 20 by bus.
I'm looking for easy-going, witty, welcoming and smiling people who want to spend the summer in Liguria in an exceptional location. If the situation excites you, contact me privately.
