The accommodation

Villa Serena is a beautiful house with a private pool located near Santa Cristina d'Aro and nature, in a very quiet environment for a relaxing holiday. It has wifi and street parking always available.

This spectacular accommodation is newly built and has about 100 m2 of living space, 21 m2 of swimming pool and more than 700 m2 of very well landscaped garden suitable for the environment.

The house is newly built, made with good quality materials and has plenty of accessories that will allow you to enjoy a relaxed and charming holiday.

When you arrive at your destination you can park the car on the street as there is always a space available near the house.

Inside the house everything is on one floor (except the garage), on one level. The fact that it has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms makes it very comfortable. Its pleasant decoration helps you to enjoy the calmness of the place, which together with the swimming pool and solarium area will make you enjoy an unforgettable holiday. Air conditioning in the house is not available.

The surroundings of Villa Serena, located in the heart of the Costa Brava, will help to make your stay even more pleasant. The house is located in a residential area 3 km from the village of Santa Cristina de Aro. You will find the spectacular sandy beaches of the Costa Brava and its lush coves just eight km away.

The tourist tax, one euro per person per day, will be charged for the first 7 days only.Unfortunately we cannot accept groups under 25 years of age at this property.The delivery and collection of keys will take place in our offices located in Santa Cristina d'Aro.
