The accommodation
A spacious, three-bedroom two-bathroom single level villa in an established yet quiet area of historic Arboleas with wonderful open country views and many extras including A/C and heating throughout, a large terrace/garden and swimming pool. Tastefully decorated with high-end furniture and furnishings.
The property is superbly located on the edge of Arboleas, a traditional Spanish village Arboleas village centre is approximately a 20/30 minute walk away and has all of the daily amenities needed including a medical centre, dentist, shops, supermarkets and tapas bars. The village also has a large market every Saturday morning which is quite a weekend event. Another bonus for this villa’s location is the close proximity of the coast but without the congestion.
The villa is completely walled & gated and provides secure off street parking.
The Master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, fitted wardrobes, A/C and direct access to the terrace. There is an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom is a good size double room with wardrobes and A/C. The third bedroom is another double (currently presented as a single, there is a pull out bed that extends to create a comfortable double) this bedroom also has a wardrobe for storage and A/C.
The bright and airy living room is fitted with a gas log effect fireplace, comfortable seating, TV and A/C. Patio doors from the living room open out to the covered terrace and the pool terrace areas. There are both shaded and open terrace areas suitable for sunbathing, lounging and al fresco dining. This entire area is a wonderful lifestyle space, the benefits of which can be enjoyed both day and night.
The large, modern kitchen/dining area is fully-fitted with modern appliances and with a huge 5 ring electric hob and separate oven. There is also a ceiling fan and a large dining table for 6.
The villa is located close to the “Ruta Historica” which is the old railway line that used to link many villages in the Almanzora Valley a wonderful route with fantastic views and no traffic, ideal for the keen cyclist or walking.
