This Ancient Residence from the late nineteenth century, has undergone a major renovation, the goal was not to distort the simplicity and essence typical of country houses and preserve all the charm of living in the past.

The completely fenced structure (2500mq) can be accessed by car from two separate entrances, one of which with remote control, can accommodate either a group of friends up to 8/9 beds, or several families enjoying the possibility of having exclusive spaces and services (bathroom, kitchenette and fridge in the room) thanks to the independent entrances, while living in the same structure.

ANTICA DIMORA has a circular above-ground SWIMMING POOL with adjoining solarium area and shower.

The Matrimonial Botte has a double bed and opening bed, climate and TV in the room.

The master kitchen with entrance from porch is furnished with table and chairs, vintage refrigerator, stove with 4 burners, electric oven, dishes and pilozza.

The very large outdoor porch is furnished with table that can be opened up to 3.60 m to allow all guests to dine together. Outdoor masonry kitchen with 4-burner cooktop and sink.
In adjacent garden barbeque equipped for grilling. Outdoor swimming pool.

The centuries-old WALNUT adjacent to the porch represents the most beautiful aspect of the Mansion, by day it is a unique shelter from the scorching summer sun, in the evening it becomes a magical place to relax.

Setting

The property is 1 km from the town of Parabita (LE) and 10/11 km from the beaches of Gallipoli.
Garden planted with secular olive trees, citrus trees, medlar trees, pergolas.... an area of 2500 square metres.
The property is reached from the municipal road and is accessed by a private road with a gate, a residential area in the countryside that is completely fenced off.

Activities and attractions

A few kilometres 10/11 we have the Gallipoli Riviera on the Ionian sea with a prevalence of beaches, moving towards Otranto about 30/35 km. you reach the Adriatic sea with a prevalence of cliffs.
