The apartment is inside a building located in front of the port of Marina, Grosseto, at the beginning of the promenade along the seafront and 50m from the beach and the bathing establishments. Its central location allows you to enjoy every comfort, in fact a few hundred meters from the house you can find every type of commercial activity: supermarkets, bakeries, tobacconists, home shops, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, perfumeries, clothing stores, newsagents, jewelers, and much more.
the location of the house allows you to take advantage of ample parking possibilities in the areas surrounding the apartment (both free and paid). Marina di Grosseto is a seaside town, Blue Flag, immersed in a vast pine forest that extends from Castiglione della Pescaia to the Uccellina Park; it is 10 km from Grosseto, to which it is connected by a pleasant cycle path. Two other cycle paths, mainly in the pine forest and also suitable for children, lead to Castiglione della Pescaia and Principina a Mare. Marina di Grosseto has a tourist port, large sandy beaches and theme parks for children. It is ideally located for exploring the Tuscan and Lazio Maremma, a short distance from important Etruscan sites such as Roselle, Populonia and Vetulonia, from the Uccellina Park with its uncontaminated nature, from the Terme di Saturnia, from the wonderful inland towns (Pitigliano, Sorano, Sovana) and finally from the Argentario and the Giglio and Giannutri Islands, also reachable with mini cruises departing from the canal port of Castiglione della Pescaia. All of Tuscany can be easily reached and visited in a day.
