The accommodation

Elegant exterior apartment of 60 m2 with a balcony, overlooking Parque del Retiro, which brings a lot of light.
The apartment has 2 modern decorated bedrooms. Both bedrooms have a double bed and a wardrobe.
It also has 2 bathrooms, 1 of them in suite in the master bedroom, with spacious and modern showers and fully equipped with gel, shampoo, towels and hairdryer.
The living room, with an outdoor balcony that provides great light to the apartment, has a comfortable single sofa bed, Smart TV and a dining or work area with WiFi and a table that can accommodate up to 5 people.
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook (pans, pots, crockery, cutlery, etc.), refrigerator, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and capsule coffee maker.
The apartment has air conditioning and heating in all rooms, and also has WiFi, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
It is a quiet apartment, located in the downtown area, and with a perfect location, since through pleasant walks you can tour the most exclusive Madrid. An ideal location to enjoy the most attractive shops and restaurants in the city without great displacements.

The apartment is delivered with bed linen and 2 towels for each guest plus bath mat in each bathroom, and hangers in the closets.
In addition, we take great care of the cleaning of our apartments with special disinfection precautions.
To enable access at any time, a set of keys will be provided.

From the apartment you will enjoy the views of the Parque del Retiro, and its perfect location means that with small walks you will travel the most exclusive Madrid, since we are 4 minutes from Puerta de Alcalá, 10 minutes from Plaza de Cibeles, 15 minutes from Prado Museum and Thyssen Museum and 20 minutes from Puerta del Sol and Gran Vía, and no need for public transport.
