A simple house with a private pool and sea views, situated in a peaceful residential area just 3 km from the beautiful and serene Canyelles beach, 6 km from the center of Lloret de Mar, and 8 km from Tossa de Mar, one of the most charming towns on the Costa Brava. This property is perfect for enjoying a family or friends' vacation on the Costa Brava!

The outdoor area features a garden and a private pool (6x3m) with breathtaking views of the sea and mountains. It includes a portable barbecue and a porch with a table and chairs for pleasant poolside breakfasts and meals. Garage and Wifi are included in the price.

The indoor space, measuring 65 m2, comprises a living-dining room (TV, fireplace), a kitchen (microwave, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, washing machine), 3 rooms with 2 beds each, 1 bathroom with a shower, and 1 bathroom with a bathtub.

Young groups are not accepted. This property is exclusively for families. Pets are allowed upon request.

Activities and attractions

Cala Canyelles is a pretty stretch of the Costa Brava´s coast with 500m of the characteristic coarse white sand beaches of the area. Parasols and deck chairs are available to rent as well as pedal boats, parasailing, water- skiing and canoeing. You can also enjoy Mediterranean food, fish and paellas in the restaurant placed on the beach.
Tossa de Mar is a charming walled medieval town with a beautiful castle, great restaurants and some lovely beaches.
