The accommodation
PRETTY AND COSY VILLA LOCATED IN BENISSA WITH PRIVATE POOL. For a maximum of 10 people.
LAY OUT: We access the upper floor by an external staircase. We enter a large room, with large windows and lots of light, a space surrounded by a sofa, armchairs and a low table. On our left, we will find a perfectly equipped kitchen with all the appliances needed to prepare meals to share with family and friends. Back in the large room, we will find a complete dining room with a sofa, fireplace and a TV to share a moment of conviviality or to have a relax time. In addition, on the same floor we will have access to the first three bedrooms, all with double beds. On this floor we will also find two bathrooms with shower.
The ground floor, accessible from the lower terrace located just next to the swimming pool, has a similar lay out as the upper floor. We enter a large space with table and chairs, a sofa and a TV. The kitchen is on our left fully equipped with all kinds of appliances. Crossing this space we will have access to the two bedrooms which make up the floor: one with a double bed and the other one with two single beds. There is a bathroom with shower located near the bedrooms.
EXTERIOR: The DIVA villa has enough space to park several cars just upon entering. Passing on the side of the villa, we will have access to the magnificent swimming pool with sun loungers that will allow us to sunbathe and enjoy the Mediterranean climate. On the ground floor we have several chairs as well as a small table with its four nice armchairs to shelter from the sun since they are under a covered terrace. This villa has two barbecues: one of gas and another built in. Near this one we will find a table with its benches giving a traditional touch to this outdoor space.
LOCATION: The DIVA villa is located in BENISSA in a very quiet and residential area but close to all services, the beach and a few minutes driving from the beautiful village of Moraira.
