The property offers a magnificent view of the sea and the swimming pool. La Fuente shopping center is a 5-minute walk away. The beaches and golf courses are accessible within 8 minutes by car.

Setting

.The area is very well suited to couples and families. There is a community swimming pool just by the house as well as many blue flag beaches, beautiful golf courses, and shopping centers nearby.
A pleasant walk will take you to Villamartín Plaza or La Fuente where you will find bars/pubs and many pleasant restaurants. La Zenia boulevard is a 6-minute drive away and offers a shopping center with many shops and restaurants.
The town of Cabo Roig also offers you a good alternative evening and a beautiful diving spot. Torrevieja is a 20-minute drive away where there is a large market, street stalls in the evening, a marina, and a funfair for the little ones.
A car is not necessary for a relaxing sunny break but is useful if you plan to explore the area.
