The accommodation

A Due Passi Dal Lago is surrounded by greenery, in a quiet setting ideal for couples and families with children. Equipped with a double bedroom, small bedroom with single/double bed, bathroom with bidet and hairdryer, dining area with sofa bed, kitchen equipped with dishwasher oven and microwave parquet floor flat-screen TV and WiFi connection. During your stay, you can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool and relax in the garden equipped with sun loungers and barbecue facilities.

Upon request at the time of booking, you will have, 1 cot and high chair for only 1 child under 12 months free of charge. The second child pays.

IMPORTANT: I request at the time of booking, a transfer of 25% as confirmation. If you decide not to make the payment, I ask you to cancel your request within 24 hours. Without the 25% on booking I do not reserve for you. For the period from April to September inclusive, city tax is also due. I ask for a 200 Euro cash deposit on arrival, which will be returned when you hand over the keys, if everything is tidy and clean as per house rules.

Setting

The centre of Colico can be reached in a few minutes. Lidos and beaches, cycle paths to Valtellina, Valchiavenna and Alto Lario, some of the most beautiful paths of Lake Como can be reached in a few minutes, including the Sentiero del Viandante (Wayfarer's Path), the splendid Bay of Piona and the Abbey of the same name, and, in little more than half an hour on foot, it is possible to reach, even with children, the Towers of Fontanedo, a small medieval village where it is possible to admire a magnificent view of Lake Como.
