On the fourth floor of a 1970s building, it has recently been restored and furnished to guarantee maximum comfort for your Venetian stay.

The flat is located in a strategic position, just a few metres from bus and tram stops that guarantee easy and quick access to the heart of Venice and other unique features of the Veneto region.

The flat, equipped with air conditioning and heating, has a double bedroom, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a spacious living room and two small terraces that allow for light at any time of day.

The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a single bed, a chest of drawers and a large wardrobe.

The living room includes a sofa bed, a 50" Smart TV, a coffee table and a table with 4 chairs.

The modern kitchen, complete with all the necessary utensils, will allow you to prepare excellent meals.

Setting

Located in a strategic position, it is 100 metres from the bus and tram stop which guarantees you can reach the centre of Venice in 15 min, the Mestre railway station in 17 min and the Marco Polo international airport in 30 min.

Near the flat less than 100 m away are a large Supermarket, Bars and Pharmacies.

Nearby there are parks where you can walk in nature and a few minutes' walk away is Piazza Erminio Ferretto, famous for its Clock Tower.
