Villa 33 is a cosy family home, in a quiet and private cul-de-sac, with definitive stunning panoramic ocean and Funchal harbour views.
This three bedroom villa was designed to take advantage of its hillside location. The access is made from behind at the upper floor, with the bedrooms distributed over a split level. The master bedroom and en-suite bathroom are at the top level, off the entrance hall, and thus quite private. The other two bedrooms are just a few steps down on an intermediate level, a perfect location for the children. They share a shower bathroom. All bedrooms feature carpet in the floors, vaulted ceilings with coved uplighting, and fitted wooden wardrobes.
There is a spacious storage room on the lower floor with a generously sized fitted wardrobe and a third fully fitted shower-bathroom. The lounge at the lower level offers a fireplace, and unobstructed panoramic views to the ocean and Funchal. The extensive and bright open-plan family kitchen is paved with terracota tiles and is fully fitted with Bosch appliances. The external terrace, covered with a large pergola, is a privileged spot for summer breakfasts. The access to this pergoled terrace can be made directly from the kitchen or from the lounge area.
This family villa also features an extra terrace with jacuzzi, adjacent to the pergoled one, and various storage rooms, which take advantage of the generously sized basement, at the garden level.

The Villa is easily accessible by the highway in both directions, to Funchal or opposite, it has facilities nearby but is is recommended the use of a rental car as Madeira Island has very steepy landscapes.
