The accommodation

A spacious 4 bedrooms apartment with terrace in the heart of bohemian neighborhood of Gracia. Our Grace Village apartment is ideal for a family holiday in Barcelona. The Gracia district, is a former village and therefore keeps its narrow streets and small sunny squares where you will appreciate a good lunch or a drink with friends.

The apartment is on the second floor of a building with elevator. Nice point you will love, a small terrace to enjoy the summer nights or have a coffee while reading a book.

The dining room is spacious and bright, has a large table for your dinners, two sofas, a flat screen TV.

The practical kitchen offers all necessary appliances for your vacation, oven, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and right aside, the washer and dryer.

The apartment has 4 bedrooms: one with double, bright with its own bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The second double bedroom is quiet and has a warm decoration that invites you to rest. The third has two single beds, ideal for children. Finally, the fourth has a bunk which, the bottom becomes double bed for one more person and get to 9, ideally a child. The second bathroom has a tub to relax after a day in the Catalan capital.

You are in none other than the neighborhood of Gràcia, one of Barcelona´s most alternative and culturally active areas. Here you can find many theaters, cinemas and cultural associations. This area is also well known among locals as a favorite nighttime spot, because many people take advantage of Barcelona´s perfect weather to sit at one of the outside terraces and chat animatedly with their friends. Another great advantage is that your apartment is just a few minutes´ walk from one of Barcelona´s most famous the Sagrada Familia, located about 10 minutes´ walk from your apartment.









-GROUP UNDER 25 YEARS OLD ARE NOT AUTHORIZED

-Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, it could be entitled to a 50 to 250 Euros fine

-This accommodation is equipped with a Room Monitor noise detector. Detector that does not record discussions but decibels, this to ensure the tranquility of the neighborhood. Any attempt to disconnect or exceed noise may be penalized with a fine of 50 to 250 Euros.

-Pets under 10kg allowed on request ( additional charge 20€).





-It is forbidden to use the bath towels provided to go to the beach. Otherwise, you will be charged €12 per unit.





Check-in regular time between 14h00 and 20h00 , after 20h00 you will have a 30€ extra for late arrival, after midnight 50€, after 1hAM it is 10€ more per extra hour. Sunday and bank holiday check-in have an extra of 30€. Early check-in before 13h, if available, requires extra 20€.

The regulations of our country require us to verify the information of the passport, identity card of the traveler.



Barcelona city tax not included: 5,50€ per night per person.
