Nice apartment in a building with communal pool (open all year) 700 m from one of the most beautiful beaches of Roses (Cala de Canyelles Petites) and 2.000 m from the center of Roses, capacity for 1/4 people.

To access the apartment it is necessary to climb 2 floors and it is distributed in:

* 1 bedroom with double bed (150 cm).

* Dining room with 135 cm sofa bed and TV (Spanish channels and TNT SAT for French channels)

* American kitchen fully equipped (washing machine, microwave, electric coffee maker, toaster, oven ...)

* Bathroom with shower

* Beautiful terrace overlooking the pool and barbecue. It also has a terrace with sun loungers for sunbathing.

* Private parking space for each apartment.

Located 10 minutes walk from the Canyelles beach (natural beach of fine sand with 3 beach restaurants, a supermarket and bakery open seasonally).

Located 20-30 minutes walking from the center of Roses, where you will find a variety of shops, supermarkets and its large sandy beach.

Roses is an active city throughout the year. It offers activities and attractions that are very varied and interesting for all types of travelers. Drive a kart, enjoy a day at the water park, play mini golf, boat trips to Cap de Creus or Cadaqués, the tourist train for a walk, visit the Salvador Dalí Museum in Figueras, an immersion in the Medes Islands nature reserve, animations in summer, walk along the promenade with many restaurants and its local specialties. Not to mention the nice rest on the sandy beach. Roses beaches enjoy an internationally recognized environmental quality certificate.

The price does not include bed sheets or towels. You can rent them for 15€/person.

To the indicated prices you must add the tourist tax of 1,00 € per person over 16 years. The tax is per person and per day (with a maximum of 7, even if they stay longer).
