The accommodation
I rent a small villa of 65 square meters consisting of two bedrooms a kitchen a bathroom and two outdoor spaces, one at the front and one at the back of the house, the back one is equipped with an outdoor shower. It is located in the resort of Torre Saracena, a residence in the marina of Torre dell'Orso, in the municipality of Melendugno.
One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and an armchair bed, the other with a double sofa bed.
The kitchen, which has an oven, fridge and hob, is fully equipped for six people.
The bathroom is complete with shower and washing machine.
The house has new furniture, and all the comforts such as mosquito nets, TV, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, clothes horse, ceiling fans, microwave, coffee maker, barbecue, etc.
Setting
The property is completely autonomous and is about 200 metres from the services of a tobacco bar and supermarket, 900 metres from the sea, 1500 metres from Torre dell'Orso and Sant'Andrea, 5 minutes from Laghi Alimini, 10 minutes from Otranto and 15 minutes from Lecce.
Shuttle service, run by the municipality, to the nearby lidos, the ride is free for residents of the residence.
Pets are accepted and bathroom and bed linen is provided for 5 people.
