The accommodation

Fabulous apartment in Ribamar, located in a small condominium with swimming pool, with 1 bedroom and capacity for 4 people.
The apartment has a living room with TV and sofa (which is a double sofa bed), a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.
The kitchenette type kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle.
Outside there is a balcony with table and chairs and views of the pleasant pool area.
An iron, internet access (Wi-Fi), hairdryer and air conditioning are also available.
It is located 900m from Praia dos Coxos, 2km from Ribeira d'Ilhas beach and 5km from the center of Ericeira.

We would like to inform you that, for stays longer than 28 nights, the total cost of electricity, water and gas included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of said consumption exceeds this amount, the remainder will be the guest's responsibility, and they will be charged this amount at the end of each month.
We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, established as an overnight fee in all properties in AL. The value of this fee is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.30 in high season (May 1st to October 31st) and €1.20 in low season (November 1st on April 30th). Payment of this fee is not included in the amount charged for the accommodation and must be paid at check-in in cash.
