The accommodation
Excellent accommodation located in Ribamar, right in front of the sea, with 134 m2, three bedrooms and capacity for 8 people. It has a living room with two seating areas, TV, fireplace and dining area, two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with two single beds, one bathroom with shower, one bathroom with bathtub, one guest bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle. Externally it has a large fenced terrace with barbecue, dining area and leisure/sunbathing area. On the first floor of the house there is a balcony with sea view. It also has internet access (wifi), iron and hair dryer. It is located right in front of the sea and 700m from the centre of Ribamar, a very well-known area for having excellent restaurants, particularly seafood restaurants, and where you can also find various other commercial offerings such as pharmacy, supermarket, barbecue, café, etc. The distance to Coxos beach is 1.2km, 1.5km to S. Lourenço beach and 5km to the centre of Ericeira.
Note: We would like to inform you that for stays longer than 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of the said consumptions exceeds this value, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, and this value will be charged at the end of each month.
We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, instituted in the form of an overnight stay tax in all AL properties. The value of this tax is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.40 in the high season (1 May to 31 October) and €1.20 in the low season (1 November to 30 April). The payment of this tax value is not included in the accommodation fee and must be paid in cash at check-in. The value of this tax is annually changed by the Mafra City Council, so changes to the presented values may occur.
