Apartament in perfect conditions, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen perfectly equiped (washing machine, dishwasher, etc.) 1º Floor without elevator, subterranean parking lot included in the price. Living room with TV, living room is connected to the balcony, double glazing windows. Quiet zone, not many neighbours. Internet (optical fibre). Prices on June-July-August (100e per couple). The rest of the year (70e per couple)

Supermarket, pharmacy, and other stores in the same street. Center of town is less than 400 meters from the flat, and beach 200 m.

Apartamento limpio,amplio y comodo

El apartamento esta muy bien , semi nuevo con cocina, gran salon, 2 habitaciones y baño. Cama comoda.Tambien plaza de parking subterranea. Todo bien conservado y muy limpio. La dueña es muy simpatica y me explico todo muy bien. Esta situado a menos de 10 min andando del centro y de la playa de piletas. Optimo el unico pero es que el salon da a una calle con mucho trafico y el ruido molesta , asi como ocasionalmente los vecinos dando voces y arrastrando muebles por la noche. Las habitaciones son interiores y no tienen ruido de trafico
