After a visit to Javea Arenal Beach a short 5 minute drive will literally take you to the end of a small road. You reach for your remote control. The automatic gate opens and you arrive to the complete privacy, comfort and relaxation of your holiday home: La Vella.
La Vella means “The old one”. You will be staying at an authentic several hundred year old Villa with real character, carefully restored, completely renovated and equipped with all modern conveniences. La Vella is one of the view remaining upper class country houses in Javea and the surrounding area and none of them are quite as close as La Vella to the exiting and fun parts of Javea. The location is the perfect mix of: close enough - yet far away. This is one of the things that make La Vella so special. Standing on grounds which by far exceed the average plot size of many Villas in Javea, La Vella offers the privacy and seclusion many of us are looking for on our vacation. Simply because we want the best of both world, right?
On two levels La Vella features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Downstairs two bedrooms (one of which feature a bunk bed, the other one a double bed) with an ensuite bathroom while upstairs 2 double bedrooms share one bathroom.
The finca has plenty of areas to sit and accommodate 8 people in different spaces. There is a flat screen smart TV with IPTV, so truly international tv.
The lounge leads out to a terrace with more seating and dining areas, gas BBQ.
The beautiful fully equipped kitchen is perfect to prepare meals together, while chatting and enjoying a drink.
Overlooking the pool there is a nice chill-out area, providing yet another seating area and fabulous views to the pool and garden.
With less than a 5 minute drive to the sandy beach of Javea lined with tapas bars, variety of restaurants and and shops La Vella is a superb accommodation to which you will want to return.
