The accommodation

Description:
Built in 2002, 80 m² built-up area, 64 m² living area, 2nd floor.

Equipment of the apartment:
Electric underfloor heating, airconditioning, ceiling fans, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.), 2 sleeping rooms, living room with couch (sleeps 2), 2 bathrooms, one with shower, one with bath-tub. Spanish Television, SAT-TV (Astra 19 with British, German and other international channels), Norwegian TV, Radio/CD, internet. Balcony facing the Mar Menor (very quiet, superb view).
You can park your car in front of the building or in the underground car park of the neighboring building.

The mud from the Mar Menor contains beneficial health elements such as calcium, magnesium and potassium. Particularly indicated the mud is due to its anti-inflammatory effect for rheumatism, arthritis and gout, as well as the case of acne and other skin disorders. The good absorption effect of the sludge is overall very cleansing. The mud layer acts like blotting paper and rids the skin of toxins.

In the community there is a small sports field usable only for the residents. In addition there are two public tennis courts and several bocce courts (complimentary use).

Setting

In Spain, 110 km south of Alicante, at the Costa Calida you find La Manga del Mar Menor. The Peninsula (20 km) has on one side the Mediterranean Sea and on the other side the Mar Menor (Europe's largest saltwater lagoon).
The apartment is located right outside the entrance of the Marina Tomas Maestre.

Infrastructure:
2 supermarkets, a pharmacy, two tennis courts and 15 restaurants are within 500 meters. On Saturdays, there is about 500 meters away a market with fruits, vegetables, clothing and so on. The large yacht harbor (200 meters from the apartment) offers many water sports. Distances to go-cart track 14 km, riding stables 20 km.

Activities and attractions

Climate:
Very dry, 300 days of sunshine, Temperature in March 20° C increasing to 30° C in the summer. Even in the summer the gentle wind makes it comfortable.
