The apartment (sleeps 2) consists of a single living room/bedroom, equipped with a double sofa bed, bathroom with shower, TV and air conditioning.

The apartment, brand new and with high quality finishes, consists of a single living room with kitchenette and bathroom, capable of accommodating two people on the comfortable double sofa bed.
It is also possible to book the adjacent apartment, increasing the total number of beds from 2 to 4; so you can enjoy your dream vacation with friends and relatives, with the utmost respect for privacy, confidentiality and independence, being able to share the spacious outdoor area.

The furniture is totally new and consists of a double sofa bed, a comfortable wardrobe and a pantry, in addition to the equipped kitchenette, with induction hobs, microwave oven, kettle and complete with crockery and kitchen equipment.

There is an air conditioning system, a washing machine and a TV.
The bathroom, finished with local terracotta inserts, is equipped with a designer shower and sink.
The apartment has a comfortable veranda for outdoor breakfasts, lunches and dinners.

The apartment is inserted in the Poseidone Residence, a stone's throw from the suggestive tourist port of Santa Teresa Gallura and a ten-minute walk from the town center from which you can reach the fabulous Rena Bianca beach, one of the most beautiful in Sardinia, white sand mixed with pink coral.

The structure, very recent, is located in a strategic position as it is located a few minutes walk from the center of Santa Teresa di Gallura, a city full of shops and evening activities.
It is also about 10 minutes by car from Palau, where there are many excursions to small islands such as La Maddalena.
