It has three bedrooms, one with a double bed, another with 2 single beds and another with 2 single beds, a large living room with access to a large terrace with clear views, 1 bathroom with a bathtub and another with a shower, a kitchen with a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave and basic kitchen utensils (dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, coffee maker...). It has a garage space included in the price. Large residential with gardens, tennis, barbecue and swimming pool. It is rented for weeks from Monday to Monday and only to families.

Large family residential located in the northern area of Gandía beach. Residential beach area and quiet environment. Nearby we have services (restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy...) There are 4 minutes walk to the sand.

A very short distance from the beach center of Gandia you can also enjoy natural environments of great beauty and just a stone's throw away you also have the city of Gandia where its historical past and tradition merge (Ducal Palace, the Collegiate Church...) with its festivals and its spectacular gastronomy (it is essential to try the fideuá).
